Saath Chal: The Real Bond Campaign – Led by Finolex
Saath Chal – the real bond campaign led by Finolex was associated with the powerful and emotionally charging Pandharpur yatra. Pandharpur yatra is all about the bond of love and respect between children and parents as it is inspired by Pandulik’s transformation story. Pandulik used to ill-treat his parents, Janudev and Satya vat, but realised his wrong deeds and devoted himself completely to providing love and comfort to his parents all the time. And just like Pandulik devoted himself entirely to his parents, the story of Finolex Cables is also about a Bond which existed, between Late Shri P P Chhabria and his brother Mr. K P Chhabria and between Mr. P P Chhabria and his nephew Mr. Deepak Chhabria, who together faced many ups and downs, but the real bond between them never broke.
The strong bond between Mr. K P Chhabria, Mr. P P Chhabria and Mr. Deepak Chhabria was known to a few and unknown to most, Finolex Cables has now proudly shared this inspirational story through the campaign and inspired many people.
The entire REAL BOND campaign was initiated by Sakal, a reputed media house in Maharashtra and was completely supported by Finolex Cables Ltd. The company that is known for its values became a vehicle to spread the message of bond between children and parents by participating in SAATH CHAL, which is an initiative to spread awareness and paying respect to the ideology of Pandharpur and the story behind it.
During the Pandharpur wari, Finolex Cables spread awareness among lakhs of people by creating an explanatory video and by going live on social media. Also, many messages were posted on the social media about the REAL BOND which we all perceive in our lives in the form of a mentor, leader, father or a teacher. These messages got strong emotional connection with the audience and the activity got over 300K+ views and created a buzz by making people realise that the bond between them and their parents is the most important bond ever. Also, the enthusiastic audience participated in the campaign really well by commenting and sharing their valuable views, which led to greater engagement. The campaign also led to making Pandharpur Yatra, one of the trending topics on Twitter on 23rd July 2018.
With the blessings of Vithoba, Finolex Cables and Sakal have successfully spread the message of real bond and achieved the goal of creating a buzz and awareness by the REAL BOND campaign for the betterment of the relationships between parents and their children.
