No employee shall provide any information whether formally or informally to the press or to any other publicity media unless specifically authorised to do so by the Company.
An employee of the Company and his or her immediate family shall not derive any benefit or assist others to derive any benefit from the access to and possession of information about the Company or of its associate companies, which is not in the public domain and thus constitutes insider information.
